• Insurance companies approve our system because you get a video of the inside of your house every Monday.
• The primary renter will always have the money to pay rent, since any roommates who fail to pay are removed by contract.
• Your house stays clean – any roommate who doesn't do their cleaning chores and keeps their score above 70% will be removed.
• You build a culture within the house. Eventually, the primary renter may move out—get married or transferred—but the remaining roommates know the system, know the house, and help continue that culture.
