Live in a shared house with young family and one roommate and yourself it is located in Gordon's head about 6 kilometers from university of Victoria and right on the bus route which is an easy bus to camosun college. Monthly rental my fine glutted and utilities room has sliding doors with private deck and private half bathroom and is big has a closet desk bed and recliner It can be scarry to sign a le 1se with a $4000 number on it for a year. We do have insurance. for not enough rent to cover the lease. So we have an emergency fund, all houses contribute 1% of their rent to an emergency fund.
